Willowcrest II Community Land Trust is the continuation of a transformative affordable homeownership project in Renton, developed through the partnership of Homestead CLT and Renton Housing Authority. This Phase II development adds 19 for-sale affordable townhomes across multiple buildings, completing the connection of an entire city block and expanding upon the successful foundation established in Phase I's 12 townhomes. The project leverages the flexible platting and binding site plan established in Phase I, incorporating new easements and access routes that respond to current housing needs while maintaining the community land trust model that ensures long-term affordability for working families.
