YWCA Summerfield Apartments

Serving the Community: The YWCA Summerfield Rehabilitation serves low-income, working-class families in the Bellevue neighborhood and consists of the occupied rehabilitation of the 7 existing two story apartment buildings within the apartment complex.

Scope of Work: The scope of work included new interior flooring, cabinets, countertops and plumbing and light fixtures; Exterior updates included new windows with trim, replacement of existing site lighting, re-pavement of parking lots and additional site landscaping upgrades.  There was also an addition of small community center tied into existing offices with new playground equipment installed.
