Bellis Fair Family Housing & Early Learning Center is a transformative 4-acre mixed-use development adjacent to Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, representing a groundbreaking partnership between the City of Bellingham and Opportunity Council. This multi-phase, multi-stakeholder project combines 63 affordable housing units with an integrated early learning center, creating a vibrant community that serves both residents and the broader neighborhood. The Type VA construction development includes comprehensive site improvements, dedicated parking, and thoughtfully designed resident amenity spaces, while incorporating essential infrastructure improvements including multi-modal trail connections and pedestrian safety enhancements along Bellis Fair Parkway.
