El Patio Apartments

Serving the Community:  The El Patio Apartments were built in 1993 and consist of three buildings with a total of 14 affordable family housing units with a laundry and community room.  TPDC conducted a full Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) on the site and three apartment buildings.  

Scope of Work: The rehab included repair or replacement of roofing and ridge vent, upgrading of ventilation, mold removal, replacement of windows, repair of stucco, replacement of decaying structures on porches and balconies, replacement of VCT flooring, painting, kitchen cabinets, landscape, and area lights.
